To ensure that you have the max upload set to the highest size you will need to log-into the C-panel account of the domain . Once you logged into C-panel you will click on the Icon that says "select php" Click the button at the top that says "options" and scroll down. Here you will find the post_max_size and upload_max_filesize which you can change.
